BingPlus Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "BingPlus," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the BingPlus online gaming platform accessible at bingplus.app and all associated services, applications, and content.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the BingPlus platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on BingPlus, through which the player accesses games and services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player into their BingPlus account using approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by BingPlus that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Services" refers to all games, features, promotions, customer support, and other offerings made available through the BingPlus platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BingPlus platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the BingPlus Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players accessing BingPlus from the Philippines, including but not limited to players located in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other regions of the Philippine archipelago.

BingPlus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use BingPlus, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BingPlus employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded from BingPlus or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

BingPlus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on BingPlus, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one BingPlus account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. BingPlus will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: BingPlus is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify BingPlus of any changes to your registered information by contacting customer support.

BingPlus reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

BingPlus supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on BingPlus is ₱100.
• Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your BingPlus account within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• BingPlus does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on BingPlus.
• All KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• BingPlus reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

BingPlus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. BingPlus reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus credits are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus credits that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• BingPlus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of BingPlus shall be final and binding.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on BingPlus, including BingPlus original titles such as Plinko, Queen of Bounty, Money Coming, and King of Fishing, operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently verified to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout percentage and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, BingPlus reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the wagered amounts to the player's account.
• BingPlus is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's device, internet connection failures, or other circumstances outside BingPlus's direct control.
• Game rules for each title are available within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing real-money wagers.
• BingPlus reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BingPlus and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Creating or operating more than one BingPlus account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with BingPlus games or services.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in BingPlus games or systems. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to BingPlus customer support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the BingPlus platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with BingPlus software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BingPlus staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the BingPlus platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

BingPlus cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. BingPlus reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.

9. Responsible Gaming

BingPlus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to manage their time on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from BingPlus may request self-exclusion through customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the BingPlus platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the BingPlus brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of BingPlus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the BingPlus platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any BingPlus content without prior written authorization.
• Use any BingPlus trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on BingPlus content or software.
• Use BingPlus content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of BingPlus intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved by BingPlus.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, BingPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the BingPlus platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, game errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the BingPlus platform.
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond BingPlus's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.

BingPlus's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your BingPlus account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit BingPlus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

BingPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements.
• At the request of regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR.
• For any other reason at BingPlus's sole discretion.

Upon termination for cause, BingPlus reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real money balances pending investigation. Where no violation is found, real money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may close your BingPlus account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

BingPlus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BingPlus will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the BingPlus platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. BingPlus operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR and is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the BingPlus platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to regulatory compliance, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
