- KYC and Identity Verification Providers: Third-party identity verification services engaged by BingPlus to conduct KYC checks in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

- Marketing Consent Records: Records of your marketing communication preferences are retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your BingPlus account credentials and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by BingPlus:

NPC Complaints: If you are not satisfied with BingPlus's response to your data privacy request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The NPC is the government body responsible for enforcing the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
11. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction
BingPlus is strictly an adult gaming platform. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations, BingPlus does not permit any person under the age of 21 years to register an account or access real-money gaming services on the platform.
BingPlus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If BingPlus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the associated personal data, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required by our regulatory obligations.
